Just bring yourself and some water. Mats and props are provided.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

I've never tried Pilates before. Can beginners join?

Yes! Our classes are designed to be welcoming for all experience levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout class.

What kind of Pilates do you teach?

Studio 7 offers mat-based Pilates focused on strength, alignment, control, and intentional movement with a blend of classical and contemporary styles.

What training and certifications does your instructor have?

Classes are taught by Hannah, a Balanced Body trained Pilates instructor passionate about creating a welcoming space where movement feels empowering, approachable, and enjoyable for every body.

Is Pilates a good workout?

Yes! Pilates helps improve core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, endurance, and overall body awareness while being low-impact on the joints.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes! There is a free public parking lot on the left backside of the building. This will be the main entrance.

How many people are in each class?

To keep the experience personalized and intentional, class sizes are limited to 13.

Can I still do pilates if I have an injury?

It will depend on your injury and your road to recovery. Group classes involve a full body workout, so in some instances, this can be challenging for the injured client and the instructor. Private sessions are strongly advised to start.

Can I switch to a different class after signing up for one?

With a 3-hour notice, MONTHLY members are able to switch to another class that is the same day with no penalty. You must reach out to the studio to make the switch. We do not allow you to switch your class to a different day.
